जाति, आय और निवास प्रमाण पत्र के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन कैसे करें।
- Step 01 : सबसे पहले आपको आवेदन करने की Website पर जाना है।
- Step 02 : इस वेबसाइट पर आने के बाद आपको लॉगिन करना है। अगर इस वेबसाइट पर आपका अकाउंट नहीं है तो Register Yourself पर क्लिक करके आप अपना Account बना सकते है।
- Step 03 : Login करने के लिए आपको Login के बटन पर क्लिक करना है। उसके बाद Login होने के लिए आपको अपना Email ID और Password पूछा जाएगा उसे आपको भरना है। उसके बाद एक Captcha होगा उसे आपको भरकर लॉगिन के बटन पर क्लिक कर देना है।
- Step 04 : Login होने के बाद Left Side में Menu के ठीक नीचे आपको Apply for Services का ऑप्शन दिखेगा उसपर क्लिक करें। अब आपको View All Available Services का ऑप्शन दिखेगा उसपर आपको click करना है।
- Step 05 : अब आपके सामने एक New Page Open होगा। उसके ठीक Right Side में आपको एक Search Box दिखेगा। उस पर आपको क्लिक करके “Income Certificate”Type करके Search करना है।
- Step 06 : Search करने के तुरन्त बाद आपको नीचे कुछ ऑप्शन्स दिखाई देंगे। उनमें से आपको “Issuance of Income Certificate at CO Level”पर क्लिक करना है।
- Step 07 : click करने के बाद आपके सामने एक आय प्रमाणपत्र के लिए आवेदन करने का Form खुल के आजाएगा।
- Step 08 : पहले सेक्शन में आपको Details of Applicant/ आवेदक का विवरण कि जानकारी डालनी है। जैसे कि लिंग, आवेदक का नाम, पिता का नाम, माता का नाम, एड्रेस, फोटो (फोटो में आप जिस व्यक्ति का आय प्रमाणपत्र बना रहे है उसका फोटो आपको Upload करना है।)
- Step 09 : यह सब भरने के बाद आपको अपना Mobile Number और Email ID भी पूछी जाएगी। ध्यान रहे कि, यहां पर आपको अपनी Active Number और Email ID देनी है ताकि इस Form से Related कोई भी जानकारी हो वह आपके पास पहुंच जाए।
- Step 10 : दूसरे सेक्शन मे आपको अन्य/Other के बारे में जानकारी भरनी है। जैसे कि आपका पेशा, आवेदन का उद्देश, सरकारी सेवा से आय, कृषि से आय, व्यावसायिक आय, अन्य स्रोतों से आय, कुल वार्षिक आय। यह सब आपको भरना है। इसके बाद हम तीसरे सेक्शन की तरफ चलते है।
- Step 11 : यहां पर आपको स्व:घोषणा/ self declaration के बारे में बताया जाएगा। जैसे कि को अपने Details भरी है उसके बार में दिया होगा। अगर आपको लगता है कि वह Details गलत है तो आप ऊपर के Sections में जाकर Change कर सकते है।
- Step 12 : उसके बाद नीचे आपको Additional Details दी होगी। अब आपको नीचे एक Captcha आयेगा। उसे भरना है और Proceed के ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करना है।
- Step 13 : जैसे ही आप Proceed पर क्लिक करते है तो आपकी Screen पर एक Popup खुल के आजाएगा। जिसमे आपको बताया जाएगा कि अपने जो Details भरी है वह सही है कि नहीं वह देखिए। अगर सब Details सही है तो आपको “Ok”के बटन पर क्लिक करना है।
- Step 14 : click करने के बाद आपके सामने आपका पूरा फॉर्म आजाएगा। और ऊपर की तरफ लिखा होगा की आपका जो फॉर्म है वह अभी तक सबमिट नहीं हुआ है। उस सबमिट करने के लिए आपको नीचे “Attach Annexure”का ऑप्शन दिखेगा उसपर क्लिक करना है।
- Step 15 : Click करते ही अब इस Step में आपको आपके किसी भी एक Document का फोटो अपलोड करना है। अगर आप चाहे तो आधार कार्ड को सेलेक्ट करके उसका फोटो अपलोड कर सकते है।
